We will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation). If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period, we will offer you a repair service.
We reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
All new hardware supplied by G17 come with a manufacture 12-month warranty.
On return of the faulty product, G17 will inspect the item before dispatch to the manufacture should the fault be a simple fix ensuring you are not without service if the fault is in line with a manufacture fault, we will send off for repair and where possible, offer you a temporary solution until the item is returned from the manufacture.
For a refund or exchange, the product must be an as new condition, complete with any accessories and if possible, the item should be well packaged or returned with the original box and packaging.
The hardware we sell on eBay is either used, refurbished or New Old Stock. These items carry a 30 day warranty.
If a fault develops within 30 days we would ask you to return to us. G17 will not cover the cost of return postage unless agreed in advance. We will offer you a prompt repair service.
